2. Gargoti Museum

Pandey and it is a private museum. The word “Gargoti” translates to “pebbles” in Marathi, reflecting the museum’s focus on natural geological specimens. Inside the museum, the main attraction is the collection of zeolite minerals, which are rare and highly sought after by geologists and collectors. The Sarkar Wada, which is where the museum is currently located, dates back to the 18th century, during the reign of the Peshwas.
