By Road: By Canal Road, Gorumara Jungle Safari is 72 km from Siliguri and takes roughly two hours. The location is 32 kilometres from Jalpaiguri and can be reached in an hour via NH717.
By Rail: The nearest train station is 20 kilometres away at New Maynaguri. Kolkata and other important cities in India’s east and northeastern regions are easily accessible from it.

This tower is also known as Gorumara Watchtower. It is situated at Dooars and was constructed to pay homage to a pet elephant known as Jatraprasad.
