Mcleodganj showcases a beautiful blend of Tibetan culture with British influence. This village is at an elevation of 2082 metres. From April to June, you can experience the pleasant and breezy summers. From July to September, the place exhibits the most beautiful and vibrant view of the hill station, which is drenched in the rain. 5. Prashar Lake

Prashar Lake is situated in the Mandi district and is one of the places to visit near Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. The lake is named after Sage Prashar, who meditated on the bank of this river. The lake has a three-storied temple which Raja Ban Sen built in the 14th Century. River Beas flows from right underneath, making the scenery stunning. The floating island here is created by decomposing plant remains at a different pace and maintained afloat by the oxygen from the roots. April to May showcases the most amazing greenery and December to February is ideal to experience the snowy white mountains near Prashar Lake.

6. Triund

The way for the Triund Trek goes through the beautiful forest of oak, rhododendrons, and Deodhar. May to June and September to October are the most suitable times for trekking.
