By Road: The trip from the major cities like Kolkata (about 600 km) or Siliguri (about 80 km) to Darjeeling can be undertaken by bus. The journey involves very steep mountainous roads. You can either drive yourself or hire cabs as well.
By Air: Badgora Airport is the nearest airport to the trek. You can hire a cab or rent cars near the airport and travel by road from the airport.
