2. Khajji Nag Temple

The Khajji Nag Temple was built for the serpent god Khajji Nag and is an amalgamation of the rich cultural and religious heritage of Khajjiar. From the 12th century, this ancient temple in Khajjiar has stood as an architectural marvel with Hindu and Mughal styles intertwined. Carvings of the wood in the temple are famous, and there are images of some detailed scenes of the Mahabharata, the famous battle between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. Life-size photos of these mythological characters are inscribed in the sanctum, adding to the historical importance of the temple.

3. Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary

Dainkund Peak is the highest point in Dalhousie, offering a completely unbridled 360° view of everything beneath. Known as the “Singing Hill,” the peak draws fame from the musical sound the wind makes when it passes through trees and ridges.
