2. Chapora Fort

Chapora Fort is known to have the most scenic views of the Chapora River and the Arabian Sea. This is a ruined fort but known to be a very famous tourist destination amongst youngsters. This fort was under the stronghold of Sultan Adil Shah and it was later seized by the Portuguese. 4. Anjuna Flea Market

Anjuna flea market that is open on Wednesday is one of the best places to visit for people who love shopping. There are thousands of stalls in the market everywhere. From clothes decoration to shoes and jewellery to bamboo sling bags you can buy anything here. This is the best market to look for Tibetan and Nepali goods. The market was started in the 1960s by hippie travellers. The hippies once entered the place and ran out of money, and their passports were burned. 5. Vagator Beach

It is located at the end of the Anjuna, Sinquerim, Candolim, Calangute and Baga Beach stretch, which is separated by the Chapora River. Hilltop is located between Vagator Beach and Anjuna Beach, which is one of the most iconic party destinations in Goa. This was started by Steve and starling D’Souza in 1974 to retain the 60’s hippie vibe of Goa. It is located on a small hill, which is just to relaxing, dancing your heart out and relishing some yummy food cocktails and great music. The club usually comes alive on Sundays. The entire place is decorated by neon lights around palm trees and gives the perfect vibe to enjoy. Also, many famous international and national artists play their sets here.

8. St. Michael’s Church

St. Michael’s Church is one of the oldest churches in Goa. Established in 1595, it is dedicated to S. Miguel. This church was rebuilt in 1717 in the model of Se Cathedral in Goa. Hundreds of tourists visit this place to witness the statue of St. Michael with a scale in his left hand and a demon under his feet. There are three large chapels in the church dedicated to different people. The body of St. Michael is also displayed at a certain height in the church, where once every 10 years the body is bought for public display.
