By Road: The mosque is situated around 27 kilometres from the capital city of Goa, Panaji. Drive along NH66, taking directions to Ponda. From there, you should proceed in the direction of Surla Village. Follow signs to Surla Village and then look out for local signs that direct you to Surla Mosque.
By Rail: A nearby railway station to the Surla mosque is Thivim railway station. From there tourists can take a taxi or a cab directly to the Surla village.
By Bus: Ponda is well connected by local buses operating mainly in Panaji and Margao. As there aren’t always any direct buses operating to Surla, a taxi or auto rickshaw may be necessary for transportation after reaching Ponda.
