By Air: The nearest airport is Leh (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport), which has regular flights from major Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Jammu.
By Train: There are no direct train services to Leh. The nearest major railway station is in Jammu Tawi. The visitors can take a taxi or a bus from Jammu to reach Leh, which is around 700 kilometres away. This journey can take approximately 20 hours by road making it a pocket-friendly yet tiring option.
By Road: The sanctuary is located at a distance of approximately 200 kilometres from Leh. The journey usually takes about 5 to 6 hours, depending on road conditions with the most common route being the Leh-Manali Highway and then towards Tso Moriri Lake.
