By Rail: Kalka Railway Station is the nearest railway station to Arki Fort, which is at a distance of 70 kms. One has to pre-arrange a taxi/jeep from there to Kalkal and then to the fort.
By road: Arki Fort is approximately 40 kms away from Shimla. Good road connectivity exists between the major cities of Himachal Pradesh and places like Chandigarh, Solan, and Shimla.
By Air: Arki Fort is approximately 110 kms from Chandigarh Airport. Local taxis, privately hired cars, and other means of transport are easily accessible from cities to the fort.
