Dhanidhar Fort is an ancient structure on a hill in Jammu and Kashmir. The fort is thought to have been built by Mian Hathu. As per the historical records, he was the Governor of Rajouri in the mid-19th century. This fort was built using stone and construction materials obtained from the demolished buildings of Jasral Rajas in Jammu and Kashmir. Maharaja Ranjit Singh was the one who led the destruction. It stored food supplies for the Dogra Kingdom. The fort provides a beautiful view of Rajouri town and its surroundings.
