On the beach, the Hindus burn their bodies, which is one of the reasons why the beach is riddled with paranormal activities. One of the most haunted sites in the village is the Dawoodi Bohras which has majestic mansions that almost mimic European-style architecture and are painted in pastels. A haunted destination inside of a college campus? Well, that’s what people say concerning the Gujarat Technological University campus in Ahmedabad. There seems to be no concrete reasoning as to why the place is haunted but the administrators and peons inside the buildings say that they often feel the presence of a woman during the evening and night. Also known as the Kali building, Pathik Apartment is located in the posh locality of Parle Point Area in Surat. Despite how centrally located the apartment is, it is rarely visited by any of the people or even bought by people. The apartments remain abandoned. A security guard who worked in the apartment died in the apartment, which resulted in the apartment being haunted. Although the building remains locked, locals and people visiting from around have reported witnessing a woman in black inside the apartment complex roaming around freely.

6. Haunted Police Station

The horror story of the haunted police station in Mehsana is another experience that will leave you with chills. How or what led to the police station being haunted has not been answered yet. However, the police officers and the employees who work inside have reported experiencing paranormal activities. They report witnessing sudden apparitions of people and even a sudden drop in temperature. It is said that three policemen died inside the police station, which led to the place being haunted. They committed suicide inside, which is the reason why their spirits linger inside the police station, to this day.

However, on one fateful night, a girl was tortured to a horrifying incident and was burned to death. To this day, it is said that the black marks of her footsteps can be seen inside the palace. 8. Chir Batti
