By Air: The nearest airport to Bharat Mandapam is Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI), about 22 km away, taking about 40 minutes to reach by car. The airport serves as a convenient entry point for Indian and foreign visitors with major domestic and international flight connections. Upon arrival at the airport, you can hire a taxi, cab or take the Airport Metro Express to reach the venue.
By Rail: Reaching the venue by train is also a convenient and comfortable option. The nearest station is Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, about 6 km away, taking approximately 20 minutes. Other stations close to Bharat Mandapam are New Delhi railway and Old Delhi railway stations. You can take a cab or a taxi from the station to reach there.
By Road: For travellers travelling by road, Pragati Maidan is accessible via Mathura Road, Bhairon Marg, and Ring Road. Ample parking facilities are available, though public transport is recommended on busy days to avoid traffic congestion.
