One can go to Langkawi Island by either sea or air. Those are the only two ways to reach the majestic crown of Kedah.
By Sea: Since Langkawi is separated from mainland Malaysia, you can rent a ferry to take you to the island. You can get a ferry from Penang, Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis. They will take straight to the Kuah Jetty port at Langkawi Island. The ferries depart every one hour.
By Air: Langkawi International Airport is 13 km away from the city centre. You can directly book a flight to Langkawi Island. Airlines such as Air Asia, Malaysia Airlines and Batuk Airlines, take their passengers directly to the island.

1. Langkawi Sky Bridge

One of the longest curved suspension bridges in the world, Langkawi Sky Bridge is one of the most beautiful yet terrifying man-made structures in the world. The 410-foot-long structure sits at the height of 2,170 feet, hanging between two mountains.
How to Reach: The best way to reach Langkawi Sky Bridge is through a cable car. The cable car starts at Oriental Village.

2. Underwater World, Langkawi

Underwater World Langkawi is one of the largest aquaria in Southeast Asia. It is dedicated to researching and raising awareness about aquatic life and its importance to our ecosystem. There are three sections in the aquarium, which exhibits tropical, rainforest river ecosystems as well as sub-antarctic and marine aquatic life.

4. Cenang Beach
