The Metro museum Delhi, founded in the year 1995, displays the genesis, history and the journey of the eminent Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). It showcases a huge collection of display panels that reveals the ancient photographs from the drawing boards, to significant milestones and rail gauge. Swaminarayan Akshardham is a widely admired Hindu temple and cultural complex in Delhi. The temple is located on the border to Noida. It is commonly referred to as Akshardham Temple or Akshardham Delhi by the locals and the complex showcases the vital aspects of authentic and contemporary Hindu culture, architecture and spirituality. The prime attraction inside the Swaminarayan Akshardham complex is the main mandir of Akshardham. The temple is well-carved and decorated with beautiful flowers.

Ghalib ki Haveli was the literal home of the notable 19th century Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib which is now a popular heritage site nestled in the Gali Qasim Jan, Old Delhi. This particular site reflects the era when the Mughal reign was declining in India. Mirza Ghalib’s Haveli is a part of Old Delhi and is declared a heritage site by the Archaeological Survey of India. It provides a peek into the lifestyle of Mirza Galib and the general splendour of Mughal architecture. Here you can also find some of the original manuscripts of the great Mirza Galib exhibited, with his poetry quilled in an elegant script along with some of his and his wife’s clothes.

4. Jama Masjid

It was constructed by the famous emperor Shah Jahan, somewhere between 1644 and 1656, and was inaugurated by Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah Bukhari. Located in the capital city of Shahjahanabad, it acted as the royal mosque for the Mughal emperors until the end of the empire in the year 1857. The Jama Masjid was considered to be a symbol of Islamic power all over India. It was also a building of great political importance during many vital periods of British rule.
