It is roughly 4.5 km from the “main shrine” or the Charan paduka. Located at 4500 feet elevation, this 15-foot-long cave is termed “Garbh Joon” where devotees take a quick halt to rest and relax before completing the remainder of the hike. The mythological significance of this cave suggests that this is where Maa Vaishno Devi rested for nine straight months before killing Bhairavnath. 4. Shiv Khori
