The two forts are located here: Shrivardhan and Manaranjan. Both have altitudes of 2,710 feet and 2,510 feet, respectively.

By Air: The nearest airport is Pune International Airport which is approximately about 60 km away. You can get a taxi or a ride-sharing service from the airport that will take you to Lonavala or Karjat. Then, you take auto-rickshaws or jeeps from the town you arrive in to reach the base village of the trek, Udhewadi.
By Road: Road travellers can take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway from either city and then follow local roads to Udhewadi, which will serve as the starting point for the trek.
By Rail: Regular train services run from Mumbai and Pune to Lonavala and Karjat. If you have reached Lonavala Station, you can hire an auto-rickshaw or jeep up to Udhewadi, which is 15 km from there.
