A ten-day celebration is held during the Tamil month of Chithirai, culminating in a unique prayer on Pournami (Full Moon). This temple may be seen next to the ShenbagaDevi Falls. This temple is extremely difficult to approach due to its rugged terrain and plenty of boulders. This temple is a must-see for anyone visiting Courtallam Falls, which is close to Tenkasi in the Tirunelveli District. This location is ideal for hikers and allows us to swim in the falls.
