2. Clouded Leopard National Park

Clouded Leopard National Park is located in southern Tripura, in the Western Ghats and around 90 kilometres from Agartala. The Tripura Forest Department manages the park, which includes approximately 5,000 square kilometres of lush woods and undulating hills, providing a peaceful getaway from city life. The park, which opened in 2007, is named after the uncommon clouded leopard, a threatened species. It is part of the Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary, which also features a man-made lake and botanical and zoo gardens.
