This temple is near the Brahmani River in Sundargarh District. It is about 12 km from Rourkela city and 5 km from Panposh town. The temple witnesses the meeting of three rivers Sankh, Koel and Saraswati. The temple was built at the bank of the river, where these three rivers join together to form the Brahmani River.

By Road The temple is 9 km away from Rourkela Bus stand. After, reaching the bus stand, you can take a car to the temple. The temple is still not reached as it is located at hill, so you will need to walkover to reach the ttemple.

By Train The temple is located 9 km from the railway station. If you prefer trains, then reach Rourkela district by train and book a car to reach the temple. Since the temple is built at the top of the hill, you should climb to meet your final destination.

A Sankirtan Mandap is present at the bank of river Brahmani, where kirtan has been performed for the last 13 years and is still going. Visitors can visit this place and enjoy the kirtan with devotion and respect. This place is a centre for performing rituals like marriages, thread ceremonies, and pujas. An ancient story is famous about the place where sage Shree Vedvyas was living here, a tunnel connected the cave and the river underground. The sage regularly went through this tunnel to pray to god at the bank of the river without being noticed by others.

Hanuman Vatika is a garden named after the God Hanuman, where a big statue of Hanuman ji is placed at the centre. It is about 22 meters in height. Its foundation day is celebrated every year on 23 February. Here, various temples are built around the statue, including 12 Jyotirlingas, Lakshmi Temple, Sarala Devi Temple, Batta Mangala Devi, Jagannath Temple, and Santoshi Mata Temple. A Kalyan Mandap is built here to organize, function, and address public gatherings. One temple of Shirdi Sai Baba was recently built here, which is a main attraction for visitors coming here.

2. Vaishno Devi Temple

It is a temple built exactly like the Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Kashmir. It is located at Durgapur hill in Rourkela. During the Navratri months of spring and autumn, the festival is celebrated with great devotion and joy. Hundreds of devotees come to visit the temple during this time. This temple was built in 1975 in Ahirabandh, a small town located in Rourkela. The temple is devoted to Lord Jagannat. Lord Balabhadra and Goddess Subhadra are also present here. It is about 90 m high and is beautifully built with complex designs forming the incredible structure of a temple. Various festivals are celebrated here with religious spirit and zeal. This waterfall is located near Rourkela in Odisha. It is the 12th-highest waterfall in India. The water falls from a height of 244 meters, which amazes the visitors coming to this place. The place is surrounded by thick trees and greenery, seen all over. It seems like a sword is placed inside the forest, so the waterfall got its name, Khandadhar Waterfall.
