Ban Gioc stretches 300 meters across and plunges about 30 meters into a crystal-clear pool. The waterfall is situated in Dam Thuy Commune and shares its borders with Quang Tay province. 2. Silver Waterfall

Another popular waterfall that you should visit when in Vietnam is the Silver Waterfall. It is named Thac Bac and is located around 15 Km from Sapa town. It falls from a height of 200 metres and the view of the pure white and foamy appearance of the water makes the whole waterfall look stunning even from a distance. The surrounding scenery includes dense forests and rugged terrain, making it a prime spot for trekking and nature walks. The waterfall is easily accessible from Sapa town and offers a striking contrast against the lush green backdrop of the mountains.

Datanla Waterfall is one of the most renowned waterfalls in Vietnam, located around 8 Km from Dalat. 4. Pongour Waterfall

While visiting Central Vietnam, around Dalat, there is no point missing the Pongour waterfalls, which is the star attraction of the region. Surrounded by tea and coffee plantations, this particular waterfall is around 40 minutes from the main town of Dalat. The waterfall falls from a height of 40 metres and spreads across seven rock levels, which adds to the beauty of the falls. Pongour is often referred to as the “Seven-Step Waterfall” due toits seven distinct tiers. The water flow in the waterfall is at its peak during the monsoon months, making it an ideal time to visit.

5. Dray Nur Waterfall

Another sizable waterfall that attracts the attention of tourists from across the world is the Dray Nur waterfall. It is 30 metres high and 250 metres long and is located in Kuop village. It is one of the three largest waterfalls on the Serepok River and attracts so many visitors around the year. There are legends associated with the waterfall where it’s believed that an E De Girl and her partner encountered a monster around the waterfall. Locals also believe that if you listen to the sound of the waterfalls, it tells their story.

6. Dambri Waterfall

Dambri Waterfall is one of the most famous waterfalls in Vietnam and is considered the highest waterfall in the province. It is a terraced waterfall, which adds to the foamy and frothy appearance of the falls. The water rushes down the falls year-round, making the base pool safe for swimming as well. 7. K50 Waterfall

Located in the Dak Lak province, K50 Waterfall is one of the biggest waterfalls in Vietnam. Beyond the view of the waterfall plunging from a height of 50 meters, the highlight of visiting this waterfall is the journey itself. You have to trek through dense forests for almost a day to be able to reach the waterfall. There are zigzag paths and steep slopes but it is a fairly engaging experience. 9. Yang Bay Waterfall

Yang Bay waterfall is among the largest waterfalls in Vietnam where you can relax, unwind and truly soak in the views of the Vietnamese landscape. There are several layers to this waterfall, which you can climb. You can trek for 15 minutes to reach the first three levels of the waterfall. 10. Love Waterfall

Located near Sapa town, Love waterfall is another one of the must-visit waterfalls in Vietnam. The name of the waterfall is inspired by the love story of O Quy Ho and Ai Lao, two of the legends that have a lot of significance in Vietnamese culture. Their forbidden love story prevented them from being together due to heavenly laws. This waterfall commemorates their love due to the beautiful rhododendron forests and the wooden bridges leading to the waterfall. It falls from a height of 100 metres, which adds to the beauty of the place.
