Agori Fort is in Sonbhadra district, Uttar Pradesh. This fort was the residential palace of the Chandel dynasty and the Kharavala dynasty. There is a Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Kali and a religious place for the Agori Baba. The war between the Molagt king and Veer Lorik happened here. The idol of Goddess Durga is located at the entrance of the fort that leads to the courtyard. There is also a well in this photo that is believed to be fed from some unknown river. Thousands of people visit this place to worship the goddess Durga from faraway places.<\/em><\/p>\n

Agori Fort is 10 km from Chopan and is near Obra at the riverside of the Son River. It is also 35 km from Robertsganj in Sonbhadra district, surrounded by rivers from three sides, Vrijul, Rihad and Son in Uttar Pradesh, India. This fort is actually a confluence of Rihad and Sonnari.
