Saptashrungi Temple is a popular Hindu Goddess temple in Maharashtra, which derives its name from its location. It is located among the seven peaks of the Saptashrungi Hills, which is where the Sapta or seven comes from. According to Hindu mythology, this is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas where parts of Sati\u2019s body fell while Lord Shiva performed his Tandava. <\/p>\n
