The park is located in the Sichuan Province of China with its centre about 330 Km North of Chengdu, the provincial capital. Located at an elevation between 2,000 and 4,500 meters above sea level, the park has an endowment of Karl Plateau, limestone pinnacles, turquoise waters, and waterfalls. By Air:<\/strong> The closest airport is Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport about 88 km from the park area. Inter-city flights from many domestic cities such as Chengdu, Xi\u2019an, and Chongqing run daily. You may then hire a taxi or shuttle bus from the airport to reach the park. <\/p>\n

By Rail:<\/strong> At the moment, there are no direct railways to Jiuzhaigou readily available for use by the travelling public. But you can take the train to Chengdu and then take either a bus or a taxi to reach the park.<\/p>\n

By Road:<\/strong> The most common route by road is from Chengdu which is almost an 8-10 hours drive. As of now, direct buses are available for Chengdu and Jiuzhai Valley and even though buses are cheap they are also comfortable for travelers.<\/p>\n
