Located on the northern bank of Pangong Tso Lake, Khurnak Fort has always been a site of interest for many. Now in ruins, the fort was built by the Changpa tribes of Tibet in 1867. By Air:<\/strong> There are no direct flights to Pangong Tso Lake. This means you have to first reach Kushok Bakula Airport in Leh and then travel by road from there. <\/p>\n

By Rail:<\/strong> You cannot access Ladakh by rail as it has no railway lines. The nearest railway station to the region is Jammu Tawi, so that\u2019s your only option. Reaching Jammu on a train, take a tempo, bus, or shared taxi to Leh.<\/p>\n
